How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Glazr → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open Glazr → Settings (gear icon) → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. You can also tap "restore purchases" from the paywall.
My orb died. How do I get it back?
Your orb automatically revives at midnight (local time). If you have Premium, you can revive it early by doing 10 pushups in front of your camera from the death screen.
Why does Glazr need access to my camera?
Camera access is only used for pushup detection when you choose to revive your orb early. All detection happens on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No video is recorded, stored, or uploaded.
Why does Glazr need Screen Time permission?
Glazr uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time API to monitor your app usage and apply app blocking. This is the only way iOS apps can block other apps. Data stays on your device.
